Meet Santa’s reindeer up close\, take photos\, and enjoy some festive treats! \nThis event is wheelchair friendly\, but a little off roading is required. Please note this is an outside event\, so make sure to wrap up warm. There is parking onsite\, if you can car share then we would recommend that you do. \nFurther instructions \nThe postcode is GU10 2HL. You will see a small island with a tree planted in the middle – just in front of the black metal gates. When you arrive at the magical Silverbeck\, you will see black ornate gates and a buzzer. Be sure to press the buzzer for Silverbeck (not the farm). Wiggle your way down the driveway and keep going towards the barn. \nWe have families arriving after your slot as well! There is no ramp into the barn\, a slight step up\, so it might be a wiggle and a jiggle to get wheelchair users in\, but it’s possible! We also recommend wellies and coats are worn. \nPlease save slots for the children\, so if you can manage with one adult ticket and the rest children in your group that would be wonderful – thank you! \nDon’t miss out on this wonderful opportunity to create lasting memories with your loved ones. DESCRIPTION:Siblings’ holiday club is set to be a brilliant\, fun-packed day. With so many fun activities planned (5+\, including teens) at Shooting Star House. Groups will rotate through 4 different activities throughout the day\, including a fun-filled colour run\, with each group being adapted to ensure it is age-appropriate and fun for all. \nPlease drop off between 9.30-10am so we can start the day promptly. Pick up is at 3.30pm. \nOur siblings’ club helps children find comfort in being with other siblings and a chance to make some new friends or meet up with ones they have met before. \nAmongst several activities\, we will roll our jumper sleeves up and get our craft on and have lots of fun team-building games. \nActivities are supported by our Family Support team to ensure there is a familiar face to welcome them. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about the activities throughout the day. \nKit list: \n\nWaterproof coat\nWater bottle\nPacked lunch/last night’s dinner in a tupperware (NO NUTS or KIWI PLEASE)\nAny medicines in a named bag and handed to staff on arrival\n\nWe try to encourage children to be independent and say goodbye in reception. Please let us know if you think your child might struggle\, and we can make sure a friendly face is there to greet them. \n\n\n\n

DESCRIPTION:Join us for our upcoming siblings day for both bereaved and supported siblings. This is a great opportunity for siblings to come together and make new friends!\nWe will have an hour of free jumping\, which will include use of the trampoline area\, giant airbag\, ninja course\, activity pit\, reaction walls\, giant slide and dodgeball court. This will be followed by 45 minutes in the party room\, with pizza\, chips and squash (all included). \nSpecial socks will be provided that we must wear at all times when on the equipment. Please ensure you drop off your child to a member of staff\, don’t drop off in the car park\, as we will need to see an adult and check waivers\, consent forms and contact numbers when you drop off. \nPlease drop off at 11am\, as the session will start at 11.30am. For pick up\, please arrive at 1.15pm – look out for the Shooting Star staff wearing the branded clothing when you get there. \nPlease note\, this event is for siblings over the age of 5+.

DESCRIPTION:A joint social for our bereaved and supported siblings aged 5+ to come together.\nCome and hang out at Shooting Star House for the day. Learn some new skills along the way. Team bonding is the theme for this event\, learn how to be heard\, listen to others and think outside the box. This day is all about having fun with other Shooting Star Siblings. There will be a movie and downtime at points in the day\, especially if the weather is hot. \nA change of clothes is recommended. We will be making our own lunch\, and all snacks will be provided. We ask that you bring a water bottle\, please. \nExpect to arrive knowing no one and leave knowing many! \nWe can’t wait to see you there – if you know your child will need 1:1 support\, please contact the family support team before you book to ensure that we can staff this appropriately. DESCRIPTION:We are delighted to share that Merlin Magic Wand has shared some tickets with us to their attractions for families to enjoy. You can choose from one of the following Merlin attractions to visit this year: \n\n\n\nThorpe Park\nLegoland\nChessington World of Adventures\nSea Life\nMadame Tussauds\nLondon Dungeon\nShrek’s Adventure\nLondon Eye\n\n\n\nPlease note that tickets are available for immediate family members only (parents or siblings) and are only for those who have not yet had tickets from us for any other of the Merlin attractions this year. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. \nPlease request 1 ticket per immediate family member attending (up to 5 members per family)\, and fill out the order form with your 1st\, 2nd and 3rd choice of attraction to avoid disappointment. Ticket codes will be sent to you directly once processed via our family support team email. We hope to send it to you by the end of July. Please note the Eventbrite confirmation email is NOT your ticket. \nOnce you have received your ticket code\, you can book the date of your choice through Merlin – dates are non-transferable. Please note that all tickets need to be used by the end of September 2025. \nPlease read all the information very carefully when your tickets are issued. If you need a wheelchair pass\, please make arrangements via the Merlin website before you arrive. If you arrive on the day without your wheelchair pass\, you will need to queue up and present your blue badge to get the passes that you need. Height restrictions may apply to many rides\, so please check the attraction’s main site to make sure it is suitable before requesting tickets. \nThe day is yours to spend how you wish! SUMMARY:Siblings Social - White Spider Climbing Surbiton
DESCRIPTION:This is a joint day for both our bereaved and supported siblings to come together for a morning of fun. Age 5 and above. \nBook a space for your child on the fantastic Siblings’ Day (bereaved and supported). Spaces fill up quickly\, so be sure to RSVP promptly. Please note this is for 5+. This is a great opportunity for siblings to come together and make new friends. If you are unsure if this event is for you\, please do contact the Hospice and we can chat this through with you. \nPlease drop off at 10.15am\, and ensure you drop off your child with a member of staff; please don’t drop off in the car park. We need to see an adult and check consent forms and contact numbers when you drop them off. There will be ample Shooting Star staff and volunteers available\, so your child will be well supervised to ensure they get the most out of their session. \nLunch will be provided – it will most likely be pizza\, but please do bring a water bottle. The session will start at 11 am and last for an hour and a half\, when we will then head to a separate room to eat lunch. \nPlease arrive at 1.30pm to collect – look out for Shooting Star staff\, who will be wearing branded clothing. \nPlease note:\nKeep an eye on your emails\, as we may be required to ask for a consent form.

DESCRIPTION:A joint social for our bereaved and supported siblings aged 11+ to come together for a fun day of bouncing and pizza!\nBook a space for your teenager on our upcoming siblings day for both bereaved and supported siblings. This a great opportunity for siblings to come together and make new friends! Please note\, this event is for siblings over the age of 11. \nWe will have an hour of freejumping\, which will include use of the trampoline area\, giant airbag\, ninja course\, activity pit\, reaction walls\, giant slide and dodgeball court. This will be followed by 45 minutes in the party room\, with pizza\, chips and squash (all included). \nThere will be ample Shooting Star staff and volunteers\, so your child is well supervised and will ensure they get the most out of their session. \nSpecial socks will be provided that we must wear at all times when on the equipment. Please ensure you drop off your child to a member of staff\, don’t drop off in the car park as we will need to see an adult and check waivers\, consent forms and contact numbers when you drop off. \nPlease drop off at 11am and the session will start at 11.30am. \nPlease arrive at 1.15pm to collect – look out for the Shooting Star staff wearing the branded clothing when you get there. \n

DESCRIPTION:Siblings’ holiday club is set to be a brilliant\, fun-packed day. With so many fun activities planned (5+\, including teens) at Shooting Star House. Groups will rotate through 4 different activities throughout the day\, including a fun-filled colour run\, with each group being adapted to ensure its age age-appropriate and fun for all. \nPlease drop off between 9.30-10am so we can start the day promptly. Pick up is at 3.30pm. \nOur siblings’ club helps children find comfort in being with other siblings and a chance to make some new friends or meet up with ones they have met before. \nAmongst several activities\, we will roll our jumper sleeves up and get our craft on and have lots of fun team-building games. \nActivities are supported by our Family Support team to ensure there is a familiar face to welcome them. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about the activities throughout the day. \nKit list: \n\nSwimmers and a towel\nWaterproof coat\nWater bottle\nPacked lunch/last night’s dinner in a tupperware (NO NUTS or KIWI PLEASE)\nAny medicines in a named bag and handed to staff on arrival\n\n  \nWe try to encourage children to be independent and say goodbye in reception. Please let us know if you think your child might struggle\, and we can make sure a friendly face is there to greet them.
