We have created these resources and help sheets especially for our families.
This includes activities that everyone in the family can share in together, building memories, resilience, and well-being together as a family. There is also a resource pack especially for siblings, with other sheets focused on building good mental health.
Our resources include help sheets. We recognise difficulties our families frequently face and we want you to have access to immediate advice and support via this hub. Equally we strongly encourage you to call us to talk about your specific situation, so that our experienced and skilled therapists can understand you or your child’s needs and tailor strategies especially for you.
