Fourfront Group have been supporting Shooting Star Children’s Hospices since 2008 and over the years, have built a strong relationship with the charity. Their fundraising activities have included skydives, dress down days, 80’s disco, bake sales, numerous cycling events, abseiling Broadgate Tower in London, volunteering at events and at our hospices, The Apprentice Challenge, Three Peaks Challenges, the London Marathon and various obstacle course challenges – to name just a few of the ways that staff at Fourfront Group have thrown themselves into fundraising!
Fourfront have raised a fantastic £4,000 for Shooting Star Children’s Hospice this Christmas by hosting a charity auction. Auctioneer Simon Fryer did a great job of encouraging generous bids for a host of wonderful donations.
Fourfront 40 Challenge
One of their biggest challenge events has been the Fourfront 40 Challenge, a 40 mile walk from their head office in London Bridge, along the banks of the River Thames, to their offices in Egham. From this event alone, the incredible team who took part raised over £23,000 in sponsorship.
In addition to the many fundraising activities Fourfront have completed, they have been able to use their skills and expertise to offer pro-bono work to Shooting Star Children’s Hospices. Following a visit to Shooting Star Children’s Hospices, Fourfront offered to design, build and fit-out a new reception area at Christopher’s, our Guildford hospice. The new reception area looks incredible and provides a brighter and more welcoming entrance to the building for families and visitors.
To date, the Fourfront Group have raised over £360,000 for Shooting Star Children’s Hospices.
