Job title: Nurse (Hospice at Home) Band 6
Location: Shooting Star House, Hampton
Salary: £33,028 – £39,894 plus unsocial payments (depending on qualifications and experience)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (job share  considered)

Shooting Star Children’s Hospices is a CQC Outstanding rated charity caring for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families across West London and Surrey. We have an opportunity for a Band 6 Nurse to join our team at Home Team based at Shooting Star House, Hampton.

As well as using your current skill set to ensure children receive a first class care service, our Practice Education Team will tailor a bespoke programme of support for you and develop your competencies in the latest procedures within palliative care.

You will provide care predominantly in the family home as well as other community settings and at the hospice, therefore you must have a full UK driving licence and own a car.

You may be expected to participate in the on-call rota to support the hospice 24/7 as well as working a reasonable share of weekends and public holidays.
