NHS Pension

Staff moving to us from the NHS can remain in the NHS pension scheme, subject to eligibility criteria.

Stakeholder pension

Open to all staff, this scheme has an employee contribution of 3.5% and an employer contribution of 4.5%. You can also contribute more into the pension scheme and we will pay 1% above your contribution up to a limit of 7%.

Annual leave

35 days paid holiday

Including statutory Bank Holidays and rising with length of service. Pro-rata for part-time staff.

Sabbatical scheme

Two weeks paid sabbatical leave after five, ten and 15 years of service.
