Godstone Farm Shooting Star Day

Godstone Farm is proud to announce a new partnership with Shooting Star Children’s Hospices.

To mark this special partnership, on Saturday 2nd August 2025, Godstone Farm will dedicate the day to raising vital funds. This will include a host of fun-filled activities, with a set amount from every ticket sold going directly to Shooting Star. The day will culminate in a 1km children’s Colour Run across the farm at 2pm.

• Livestock hand feeding sessions in the Animal Barn (feed available to purchase for 50p or £1, with all proceeds going to Shooting Star)
• Face painting – Simple, colourful stencil designs for a small donation
• Character meet & greets – Say hello to the much-loved Dinosaur Roar! characters in our World of Dinosaur Roar! Discovery Trail. Visitors are invited to make a donation when snapping a selfie with their prehistoric pals!
• Slime making sessions – gooey fun for a good cause
• Paint your own cookie kits – featuring the Shooting Star logo, available from the Gift Shop and around the farm
• Special charity menu item – enjoy a delicious ice cream sundae (or other themed treat) with profits donated to the charity
• Lucky Dip at the exit – £1 per go with all items donated or obsolete stock, meaning 100% goes to Shooting Star
• Charity Tombola – expect fantastic prizes, many of which will be donated by Godstone Farm and local supporters
• Hero activity of the day, Godstone Farm’s first ever Colour Run! The 1k route can be shortened for little legs. Parents are encouraged to book in advance to secure their child’s place, for the chance to dash through clouds of colour and receive a special medal to celebrate their achievement.
