Trauma-Informed Holistic Therapy
Join us in-person or online for weekly Breathe sessions. Breathe is a calm, welcoming space where you can take a moment to focus on your mental health. Each week, we introduce a different holistic technique offering a tool to help you feel more grounded and at ease, reducing symptoms of emotional distress or sleep disruption that you may be experiencing. Breathe is led by one of our counsellors. It is not a talking group.
Bereaved parents and parents of children with life-limiting conditions are welcome to attend. Breathe is helpful if you need space for self-care, or if experiencing extreme stress and symptoms of trauma.
