Thames Path Challenge
The 2020 event has sadly been cancelled. Registration details for 2021 will be launched soon.
The Thames Path Challenge is the iconic trek along England’s most famous river. You can walk, jog or run the course – it really is up to you!
The full 100km route starts at Putney in West London and heads out of town, past historic Hampton Court to Runnymede, site of the signing of the Magna Carta. You continue along the mighty Thames, passing through stunning scenery and picturesque villages all the way to the finish line at Henley.
You will be supported along the route and there are plenty of rest stops with hot and cold food to keep you going.
If you feel that the full 100km Thames Path Challenge route is not for you, there are 50km and 25km options available. Alternatively, you could take part in the Henley 10k on Sunday 13th September, which is set by the riverside base for the Thames Path Challenge and is suitable for all the family.
This challenge will be a test of spirit and determination, but hugely rewarding with an amazing sense of achievement!

“The camaraderie was amazing. So many people supporting so many charities. We thought about all of our supporters and the children/families on the way round, too.”
