Support for bereaved mums

We create opportunities for mums to spend time caring for themselves, and space to explore their feelings. We also offer events where you can spend time with other mums who have similar experiences to you, from pamper days to group counselling sessions. If you are a mum in need of support, talk to us. You can choose what might be most helpful to you, and we can help you make the time and space to ensure that you are looking after yourself.

Emotional wellbeing

Counselling sessions

These sessions will be provided by our caring and specialist counselling team. This can be on-line or in-person at Shooting Star House or Christopher’s.

Complementary therapies

These sessions will help your body and mind unwind. Complementary therapies take a holistic approach to supporting your wellbeing.

Talk to us

Talk to one of our Family Support Workers any time Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Our Family Support Workers are here to listen to you and to think with you about how we might be able to help you more.


Facebook support group

Meet other mums through our closed Facebook group, where you can post questions and share experiences.

Talk to other mums

Ask us to put you in touch with other mums who lives near you, or a mum who shares some of the same experiences as you.

Cafe meet-ups

We will soon be hosting café meet-ups in local areas to help mums meet others who live near them. Look out for invitations on our Events Calendar.
