Our parent forums

Learning from you is one of the most important things that we can do. It helps us make sure our care is what you need it to be, and helps us to keep making it better. If you’d like to, we’d love to hear your voice at our forum. Four times a year we meet on zoom at 8pm, meaning that you can join from your sofa, with a cup of tea. We ask questions about your experience of our care and share ideas for the future. We have zoom sessions for supported families and zoom sessions for bereaved families. Invites are sent by text and upcoming dates can be found on our Events Calendar. If you have any questions or would like to share some feedback contact us using the email below.

Supported Mum

“Everything that’s been suggested has been worked on. All been taken into consideration. I’ve never encountered that in the corporate world in 30 years ever ever ever. I think it is because the ethos is different here.”

Supported Dad

“It is working. It gives us a say. You don’t want to turn up somewhere where you can’t change anything. It brings families together. Groups like this bring families together.”
