To celebrate the opening of The Toy Store’s new flagship UK store on Oxford Street, George 13, and Ruby May, 7, dressed as their favourite Star Wars characters and cut the ribbon to officially open the store.
George and Ruby May, who were accompanied by The Toy Store’s exclusive army of Stormtroopers, were asked to be part of the opening as Shooting Star Chase is The Toy Store’s official UK charity partner.
The Toy Store is the most successful toy retailer in the Middle East. Established in the UAE in 2004, The Toy Store has been designed with children’s development and learning at its core.
Encouraging children to completely lose themselves to their imagination, The Toy Store places a special emphasis on in-store entertainment and theatre, allowing children to play, interact with a host of well-loved characters, and enjoy live demonstrations when visiting the shop.
