Each week we introduce a different technique bringing balance, reducing symptoms of emotional distress or sleep disruption that you may be experiencing. Breathe is not a talking group, it’s led by one of our counsellors through guided therapeutic practices.
All parents of children with life-limiting conditions and are welcome to attend. Breathe is helpful if you need space for self-care, or if you are experiencing extreme stress and symptoms of trauma.
