During October, we are holding our second annual The Knit Before Christmas challenge, asking people to knit Christmas puddings and other amazing creations that can cover a Terry’s Chocolate Orange. These will then be sold to raise money for us at a range of Christmas fairs and events.
As well as knitters we also need donations of chocolate oranges. Unfortunately, due to an ongoing issue with Amazon’s wishlist functionality, we’re unable to add Chocolate Oranges to our Shooting Star Wish List, so instead, we’re asking you make a donation to our Chocolate Orange collection pot, which will allow us to order more chocolate oranges! We will need around 500 oranges based on our current number of knitters, so any help is greatly appreciated!
If you live locally to Shooting Star House in Hampton you are also very welcome to buy them and drop them in anytime between Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm, although please email info@shootingstar.org.uk first if you are planning to donate a large amount.
