Enjoy an afternoon tea, take time for yourself, recharge and chat with other mums.
We will have time to do some mindful crafts, such as making bath bombs, lip balms and jewellery, maybe even some cake decorating.
There will also be the opportunity to get your hair and/or nails done by volunteer beauty specialists. This will be offered in a drop-in style, with time available throughout the afternoon for you to receive these treatments.
Mid-afternoon, we will have a break for some afternoon tea, with sandwiches, cakes and (of course) tea! Enjoy a glass of prosecco or nosecco, whichever takes your fancy.
