Dame Joan Collins DBE

Dame Joan has supported the charity since 2003. She has hosted many wonderful Christmas occasions for supported families, donated designer clothes and accessories from her personal wardrobe and officially opened our Weybridge and Cobham charity shops. Dame Joan has also generously given her time to raise money across some of our high-profile events through money-can’t-buy auction items, which have exceeded £500,000. She has also appeared on Deal or No Deal, winning £15,000 and Celebrity Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?, winning £16,000. In 2023, Dame Joan represented us at the ICAP Charity Day, which raised £100,000 to fund our Community Nurses. Dame Joan is a regular visitor to Christopher’s and Shooting Star House, spending time chatting with families, volunteers and staff.
