Joel Dommett

Joel has supported the charity since 2017. He has hosted two comedy nights and acted as compere for Tony Hadley’s virtual concert fundraiser in 2020. In 2023, Joel visited Shooting Star House, spending time meeting families, volunteers, and staff with a Masked Singer theme, joining in a mask-making craft session with the children.

In 2024, Joel made a special visit to the charity, together with McFly’s Danny Jones, to announce he would be running the London Marathon for Shooting Star, dressed in Danny’s 2024 winner’s costume, Piranha. Joel undertook the gruelling challenge of running 26.2 miles in the heavily laden costume, raising £10,500.
