The new café launches on Friday 2nd October 2026
A welcoming, weekly drop-in space for families at Christopher’s Hospice. A regular, informal opportunity for families to meet, access support, maybe try a craft and enjoy refreshments together.
Staff from our Community, Family Support, Counselling and Therapies teams will be on hand each week with a chance to catch up with our In-House team too, over a coffee or tea.
The Garden Room Café is a safe space to share experiences in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. You may see familiar faces, or get to know new families, become more familiar with the hospice and learn how we can support you and how you can support each other.
The Café will open its doors for the first time on Friday 2nd October. It will run every Friday morning from 10.00-11.30am.
There is no need to book, just sign in at Christopher’s reception and join us in the Garden Room.
This is a space for, parents, grandparents and other adult family members. Carers and children are welcome too if they are not at school and siblings will be welcome during school holidays.
