Santa’s Grotto opens at our hospice every December, welcoming both our supported and bereaved families. Children can meet Santa in a calm, accessible environment where they are free to take their time without pressure. For bereaved parents, it’s a space where they are surrounded by understanding and compassion with people who understand it can be a day of strong emotions.
