Pet requests

We know how much pets mean to families, and we are happy to try and include them where possible, whether that's events like our bereavement cafe (which Lyra, shown opposite, often attends) or visiting a child in our hospice. However we do have to balance this with the wishes of other families and health and safety regulations. That's why we ask that any request to bring a pet onto one of our sites is made using this form so that it can be risk assessed.

If you want to bring a pet to one of our events, you’ll need to complete this form at least a week before the event. Our Care Events team will then be in touch to confirm if your request is approved. Please note we can only have one pet present per event.
