Journey through the stunning Rif Mountains, following trails that weave between dramatic gorges, cascading waterfalls, ancient forests and traditional mountain villages. Along the way, you’ll explore the famous Blue City of Chefchaouen and immerse yourself in the warmth and hospitality of local communities.
The highlight of this extraordinary challenge comes as the skies darken and you witness a rare total solar eclipse from a remote mountain location, surrounded by some of Morocco’s most spectacular scenery.
While the heat, rugged terrain and demanding trekking days will test your endurance, every step will be rewarded by incredible views, unforgettable experiences and a profound sense of achievement. Most importantly, your efforts will help Shooting Star support families facing the unimaginable challenges of caring for a baby, child or young person with a life-limiting condition, or coping with bereavement, across west London and Surrey.
