Discover our new fortnightly evening Breathe sessions. We’re pleased to offer a calming space to unwind, reset, and feel supported – all from the comfort of your home.

Breathe offers a gentle space whether you’re managing stress, processing emotions, seeking steadiness, or hoping to regain a sense of calm.

Each session includes guided therapeutic practices designed to bring grounding and balance to the end of your day. This is a non‑talking group, led by one of our counsellors.
