Join us for Circle of Calm, an event for you to enjoy alongside your child or young person.
In this session, you will have the opportunity to learn simple hand and foot massage techniques to help your child relax, feel secure, and manage emotions. These easy tools can be used at home to support their well-being and promote relaxation.
The session is open to children of all abilities and ages, each accompanied by one parent or guardian. It’s also a great chance to meet other families and enjoy some time together. After the session, feel free to stay for refreshments or unwind in the garden.
To make sure everyone gets a chance to join, we kindly ask that you attend just one Circle of Calm event. We understand that schedules can change, and it may be necessary to cancel, so please let us know so we can offer your spot to another family.
