Our Transition Co-ordinator Christine will explain the changes in law from children to adult care, the Mental Capacity Act, Continuing Care and Social Care. Most importantly, we will tell you about the resources and services available to support you.
This is an opportunity to meet with other Grandparents who are bereaved, share experiences, learn from each other and participate in a memory-making activity and of course enjoy a delicious afternoon tea.
