There was scores of fun at our Hampton hospice Shooting Star House last week, as some of the team from Fulham FC dropped by to visit the children and families.

The players visit wasn’t the only treat in store as the club also donated a selection of lovely gifts and chocolates for the families.

Then there was some arts and crafts to enjoy, which the players happily got involved in, decorating the advent calendar and baubles for the Christmas trees.

They also had a ‘kick about’ on the special virtual interactive magic carpet.

Vikki German, Play and Activities Co ordinator at Shooting Star House said, “It was so lovely to welcome some of the team from Fulham FC – the children had a lovely time and created some great memories.”

Visits of this kind are extremely special and important to the families who depend on Shooting Star Children’s Hospices care and support. Shooting Star Children’s Hospices helps to create a safe and comfortable environment where families can enjoy spending time together and create special memories they can all treasure.
