HRH The Countess of Wessex supports Children’s Hospice Week 2022
Her Royal Highness The Countess of Wessex has sent a personal message of support to our Executive Vice-President, Karen Sugarman MBE, for Children’s Hospice Week 2022. This national week celebrates and raises awareness of the vital work and support children’s hospices provide to families across the UK.
In her letter, The Countess, who is our Royal Patron, expressed the importance of this week to highlight the lifeline that children’s hospices, like Shooting Star Children’s Hospices, provide to families.
In February of this year, The Countess visited our West London hospice, Shooting Star House, to spend time with children and families and take part in activities.
