Bank Staff

Our hospice in Guildford is open 24 hours a day, 364 days a year, which means alongside our full-time nurses, we have a dedicated team of bank staff to ensure we're always able to provide care to the children we support. We have a range of shifts available which means you can choose the shifts that work for you. As one of our bank nurses you'll also be able to benefit from the free training courses offered by our practice education team, and free meals prepared on site by our chefs.

Alison – Bank Nurse

As a bank member of staff here, I really enjoy the flexibility that you get. I tend to be able to get the shifts that I need. I can be flexible for family life. I can book off school holidays. And I really feel like part of the team as well. You get to know the kids well. You get to know the way of doing things here. It’s just a really, really lovely environment to work in.
