Our fundraising partners
Tuckwell Chase and Smile
At Shooting Star Children’s Hospices, we work with trusted third-party fundraising partners who carry out door-to-door canvassing on our behalf. We work closely with SMILE Fundraising and Tuckwell Chase Lottery, to support us in sharing information with our local community on the huge difference regular gifts make to our work.
These representatives are fully trained, wear branded uniform, and will all clearly have visible ID badges. Our fundraisers will never ask for donations via cash or cheque and will only accept donations that are set up with a direct debit.

As part of our ongoing strategy to support every family, our Family Support team, including counsellors, therapists and family support workers, are proud to be able to offer our bespoke support in a range of languages.
