Events Fundraising Volunteer

This role provides administrative support to our Senior Events Manager, helping to plan and deliver events. Scroll down to learn more about the responsibilities and requirements.

Shooting Star House, Hampton, TW12 3RA
Time:
flexible on days, a couple of hours a week

Duties and key responsibilities

  • Assist with good luck and thank you letters for our supporters
  • Assist with data entry and database input (training will be given)
  • Support with event preparation tasks such as checking stock, packing items and organising event materials
  • Flexibility required to support with a wide variety of tasks

Essential Skills and experience

  • Excellent IT skills
  • Motivated and enthusiastic
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Organised with an attention for detail
  • DBS check – all volunteer roles at our hospice require us to carry out a DBS check at an appropriate level
