Shooting Star Children’s Hospices supports children and young people living with life-limiting conditions up until the age of 21. But what happens after that?
A beautiful sunny May afternoon provided the perfect backdrop for the grand opening of our Sensory Courtyard, situated in the centre of our Guildford hospice, Christopher’s. Some of our supported and bereaved families came along to enjoy the wonderful new space and sample the treats and sensory activities put on by our care team.
Following the exciting announcement Michael Ball OBE will be performing at the London Palladium in aid of Shooting Star Children’s Hospices this June, the musical theatre legend visited children and families at the hospice for a morning of singing and fun.
It was sunrise success at the weekend, as 30 intrepid trekkers took on the ultimate challenge of climbing Mount Snowdon at night to reach the summit for sunrise.
Our Cobham shop is set to hold a one-time wedding fayre over 21 – 27 March, where thousands of pounds in discounts will be available on dozens of boutique wedding and bridesmaid dresses, shoes, tiaras, and other wedding items – many of which have never been worn or are sample items.
